Attending your training has given me a broad understanding of Agile and all the frameworks under it like Scrum, Kanban, etc. I have learned a lot in such a short time. I liked how you broke everything down and gave us hands-on practice, especially with our project using Jira. I am most impressed with how you walked us through using the Jira software specifically and showing us how to navigate the software in the real world, e.g., inserting user stories, viewing the chart boards, highlighting the backlogs etc. You provided thorough scrum training, and I am now prepared to become a scrum master.
The delivery of the course was really good. We had quizzes which helped a great deal and most of all, the on-the-job training cemented my confidence. My interview responses will be based on actual events and not fictitious answers.
Coach Pam, honestly what a coach! I wasn’t too sure going into this as I had no knowledge/background in tech/scrum prior however she’s made her lectures interesting and very interactive. I am usually not very confident in class but she’s been able to boost my confidence and carry everyone along during lectures, her classes are fun and her examples are the best, as it’s helped me understand a lot of her teachings better. Times goes very quickly in her class, that’s how interesting it gets. Please do yourself a favour and get involved. Although there’s no harm in trying/taking action but I’m sure you won’t regret going with her.
2020 as a new immigrant in Canada with CBAP certification looking to secure a job as a business analyst, I got connected to Pamela, this made a huge difference in my job search.
